Main Street Clinical Associates   is an interdisciplinary private practice group of licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, and board certified psychiatrists who provide comprehensive mental health services to persons of all ages.       Our services can help when:   You feel angry, nervous, or depressed    Troublesome issues recur   You are struggling with separation, divorce, or the loss of a loved one   There is too much conflict and not enough love in your intimate relationships   You are having difficulties at work or socially   Alcohol or drugs are contributing to problems in your life

History   Established in 1984 by Erica Rapport and Shannon Van Wey, Main Street has become a cornerstone of the Durham community in the ever changing mental health profession.  Throughout the past 26 years, the group has maintained its original mission to provide quality mental health care in keeping with the highest ethical standards of the profession.   The group maintains an informal and welcoming atmosphere for clients of all races, ages, socioeconomic backgrounds and sexual orientation while preserving confidentiality.
